- 500 gr of yam
- 2 middle size tomatoes
- 600 gr of lamb
- 1 big onion
- 3 cloves
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 dl of white wine
- 1 bay leaf
- chili to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 dl of olive oil
1- Peel the yams and cut them into 4 pieces.
2- Cut the lamb into pieces.
3- Fry the chopped onion, the tomatoes (without peel and seeds), the chopped garlic cloves, the bay leaf and the cloves on olive oil.
4- When the onion becomes softer add the lamb and fry for a bit longer. Add the white wine, a little bit of water and the yam. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 50 minutes. Take a look while it's cooking and when it's ready serve it.
